The difference
One number changes. Nothing else does.
A connected site is one website whose code Refino is set up to write to: one repository, one live site. Free connects one. Pro connects up to 5. The editor, the unlimited edits and the saves that go back into your own code are the same on both.

What we don't count
There is no meter.
Most tools that touch the words on a website charge for how much you use them. Refino does not. You are editing your own text, in your own code, and that is not a resource we ration.
- Edits
- Change a headline once or fifty times. It costs the same, which is nothing extra.
- Pages and words
- Every page on a connected site is editable. We do not count pages, words or characters.
- Saves
- Every save is a commit to your own repository. We do not count those either.
- AI usage
- There is no token charge inside Refino. Nothing you type is metered.
- What counts as a connected site?
- One website, with its code in one repository, that Refino has been set up to write to. Two websites in two repositories are two connected sites.
- Is Free really free?
- Yes. One site, unlimited edits, the whole editor, no credit card and no end date. It is not a trial that turns into something else later.
- Can I start on Free and move to Pro later?
- Yes. Connect your first site on Free. When you have a second one, move to Pro. Your sites and their words are not affected either way, because the words live in your own code.
- Why is the yearly price $90?
- It is ten months at the monthly rate. Pay for a year and two months are free. The product is identical.
- Can I cancel Pro?
- Yes, at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro stays on until the end of the month or year you have paid for. After that the account is Free, and nothing is deleted. A yearly plan can be refunded in full within 14 days of buying it; the Terms of Service have the detail.
- What happens to my sites if I go from Pro back to Free?
- Nothing is deleted: not a site, not an edit, not your history. Free edits one site, so if more than one is connected you choose which one stays editable. The others stay connected, with their words in place, but read-only. Go back to Pro and all of them are editable again straight away.
- Can I change which site is editable on Free?
- Yes. One connected site is the editable one and the rest stay connected but read-only, and you can change which is which. The first switch after moving to Free is always available; after that you can change it again once every 30 days. Free is one site to work on, not a rotation through several.
- Do edits, pages or AI usage cost extra?
- No. Nothing inside Refino is metered. Edits, saves and pages are unlimited on both plans, and there is no charge for AI usage.
- Is there a plan for more than 5 sites?
- Not today. If you need more than 5 connected sites, email hello@refino.dev and tell us what you have.
- Is it available now?
- Yes. Sign up with GitHub and connect your first site on Free, or choose Pro above and pay by card through Stripe. If anything gets in your way, email hello@refino.dev.
